To whom it may concern: I had the foundation on my house repaired the week of November 12th 2012, by Frontier Basement Systems. The Foreman on the job was Jesus, and the salesman was Ben Flowers. I wanted to share with you what a great experience the professionalism of your employees was for me. As you can imagine, having a ten thousand dollar repair on your home can be stressful. However, from the beginning Ben was very knowledgeable, answered my questions very clearly and confidently, and made me feel reassured about the amount of work that needed to be done. This was the deciding factor for choosing your company for the job. I had met with a salesman from Olshan Foundation Repair as well, and honestly, that is who I was leaning toward based on reputation. However, the Olshan salesman would not give me a straight answer on the cost of the job and gave very vague answers all around, he was even impatient and condescending when I asked for clarification on points I was not clear on. Ben Flowers was a better salesman hands down, even after the job was finished, Ben was very patient and helpful in answering some questions I had regarding the final charges on the bill I didn't understand. Ben fully explained the charges to my complete satisfaction. The foreman, Jesus, was also very professional. Timeliness was great, he and his crew were here everyday when he said they would be, and they finished when he said they would. Jesus explained the extra work that needed to be done to my satisfaction and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. The whole work crew were respectful of my time and my property. Overall, I feel your employees provided a great service and it was a good experience. I just finished using Frontier Basement Systems and I'm very pleased. I found them through Dave Ramsey's website. They were professional and honest. I worked with Tim Sapp, Kim and the installer, Fernando. The job turned out better than I had hoped for and the basement is dry! If you decide to use Frontier, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Crew member Eric was a great service tech. Did a great job and explaining what he was going to do and how so no quested left up in the air. Great work and my leveled steps are much safer now.

5/15 - The install crew came back and glued the discharge PVC pipe. Poor guy, the pump started while he had the pipe line disconnected and he got soaked! They gave us the missing cap we needed and they plugged the extra holes in the block with hydraulic cement for us. Thank you for all your hard work! So glad you were able to get us fixed up!

Crew was very courteous, did an amazing job, cleaned up perfectly. We really enjoyed having them work with us.

  The experience was great. I felt like Mark addressed the concern without going overboard on other items that could be done (there is no shortage of those) but focused on my concern and how to fix that properly--even breaking out two options and differences which I greatly appreciate. I will definitely use Frontier when we determine the best time to do this.

Fernando and the guys did an excellent job! They were very polite and easy to work with. Showed up rain or shine and got the job done! We have a very low clearance crawl space and they handled it with ease and no complaints. You should’ve seen all the buckets of rocks they manually carried under the house. These guys know how to work. Thank you guys! Will be requesting this team to work on our new house :-)      

Today's project went extremely well! Gumaro and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, and expedient. My wife and I were fortunate to both be able to be here to meet a great team that worked very well together and I was able to learn something new about home ownership and remodeling. Our experience with Frontier Basement Systems has been exceptional from our first consultation with Cody, Rachel from the office, to Gumaro and his team completing our project that my family and I have been waiting for 13 years to accomplish.
