"Our experience with Frontier Basement Systems has been positive from start to finish. My husband and I had a couple of other companies come over and assess, but Tim Sapp from Frontier was, by far, the most down-to-earth, personable and kind, which was why we decided to go with Frontier. It was a quick and easy decision once we met with Tim. Tim spent over 2 hours in our home during the first visit, inspecting our house and sharing his recommendations. The staff at Frontier is very organized. We were given paperwork, a schedule, follow-up calls and everything that was needed during the weeks leading up to the actual project. My husband and I had many phone conversations with Tim. Tim almost always answered his phone, and if he was in a meeting or on another project, he always returned our calls very promptly. Throughout the entire process, he has been of great assistance, and offering assurances along the way. Even after the project, I’ve had 3 different conversations with Tim – 2 questions regarding new construction, and 1 question about an issue with the website not working when I tried to vote for Lael for the “Wow Service Award”. Tim never seemed to mind answering his phone after hours or even on weekends, even when we were just planning on leaving a quick message for him to call us back the following Monday morning. The customer service has been exceptional – and also from Lael and the crew. Lael is very personable and caring, and he has shown exceptional leadership during the course of this project. I noticed that he wouldn’t ask his crew to do anything that he, himself, wouldn’t do. For example, at one point he immersed the entire upper part of his body down into a deep hole in order to adjust a plate (which I don’t think many people could handle – myself included). Lael was also kind and down-to-earth, as was everyone in the crew. I was always greeted with a smile by crew members, and they would always take time to explain what they were doing, if I was curious about the process. These guys worked their butts off for 3 days – with a positive attitude. They even cleaned up after themselves. They all worked together as a team. Tim and Lael always seemed to communicate very efficiently with each other, even though they would be at different sites, and Lael and his crew seemed to communicate with each other very effectively, which created supreme efficiency. We want to vote for LAEL for the “Wow Service Award”. His name wasn’t on the website listed under “foreman”, so that’s why we’re mentioning here. LAEL = WOW SERVICE AWARD"

Dustin,   Just wanted to let you know that Fernando and his crew finished the basement project today - a day earlier than I actually expected.    From the moment we first met you and you explained our options, I knew we had found the right company.  Every question, every contingency that we could think of was addressed and the project progressed exactly as you told us it would.  I am so appreciative that you took the time to come over last week while my husband was in the hospital to reassure me that the basement was ready for construction.  The crew you sent over could not have been more professional and proficient in their work.  Fernando and his men were courteous, diligent, professional and an utter joy to be around.  My house was left clean every night - dust was kept to a minimum and the work area was left in perfect order each day.  Fernando spoke to me each night before he left to give me a status update and gave me a thorough walk through tonight before signing off and collecting the balance due.  We couldn't be more pleased with the work, the workers and the appearance of our new waterproofing system.   Living in this house as long as we have (over 30 years) and being dreadfully aware of every torrential rainstorm has been stressful to say the least.  Walking through 6-10 inches of water in the basement has been maddening and costly.  Cleaning up nasty, muddy, stinky residue has been time consuming and frustrating.   For the first time, we don't expect to be nervous when we see a colorful radar picture on the 6 o'clock news.  We did not see a charge on the invoice for restoring our peace of mind, but that is exactly what Frontier Basement Waterproofing has done for us.  As you know, we have some pretty scary medical issues to get through in the coming weeks.  We are so grateful to you and your team that an October downpour is not going to create additional stress as my husband is recovering from brain surgery.    Please pass along our gratitude and thanks to Fernando and his team.  Count on our referral anytime the subject comes up in our circle of business and personal friends.  You guys rock!!   Thanks again,   Gere and Lisa Carter

Our home would never warm up in the winter. We had several insulation companies out to look at our issue as well as the builder and the Heating guys. We were to the point we were going to replace the windows and add insulated siding to our new home.  Chad took the time to test our home with the blower machine and used thermal imaging to show us the problems and how it would be taken care of. We look forward to having a warm home next winter. Our only regret is not finding Chad sooner. He is a great asset to Dr. Energy Saver.

On my last service visit for my annual check of the pumps and clean space, the service technician, Jason Walz was extremely thorough and professional. He answered ALL my questions...…and I do normally have a lot of questions! I appreciate his patience tremendously. I am glad to tell anyone I know about Frontier Basement Systems!!!Update... I just had my annual service for my Clean Space and sump pumps and the service technician, Morgan, did an excellent job. He arrived right on time (which I REALLY appreciate) and did a thorough job inspecting the equipment and crawl space. He patiently answered any questions I had and explained what he was doint. It's hard to measure how much peace of mind I get from knowing my house is protected from water damage. The crawl space is easy to forget until there is a problem......out of sight, out of mind......but knowing the CleanSpace is there allows me never to worry. Excellence of Service by Frontier Basement Systems In February 2018, I hired Frontier Basement Systems to check my encapsulated crawl space.  Upon making the appointment, the office staff, Jamie and Lynn, immediately followed up with an email to me confirming the date/time and stated price for the service.  When I requested a follow-up, the office staff immediately scheduled it.  The technician, Mike Winfree, demonstrated professionalism in providing service.  By professionalism, I mean this:  1. He showed great knowledge of what should be in place by taking his time and conducting a thorough review of all factors that define integrity in a crawl space encapsulation.  2. He demonstrated outstanding troubleshooting abilities and identified key situations that needed further attention.  3. Dear Frontier Basement Systems, Frontier Basement Systems was the best choice for my home. I looked at many others and this one is the best. All of the staff I have spoken with is extremely thorough and prompt. Even though we chose not to completely finish our basement, when it is all said and done it will be completely dry, up to code, and will look like a totally new room down there! Our project, to my amazement, has turned out to be very affordable for us! Mr. Robert Summers came to our home on a Saturday. He assessed the property, advised on all areas of concern, and designed a plan of correction for it. He had amazing credentials and the expertise showed. He was an excellent representative for this company. He was extremely patient and kind with us and spent a great deal of time with us to ensure we felt comfortable and understood. When my project is complete I will be highly recommending Frontier Basement Systems to others.
