We had a very wet basement. Frontier sent out a crew (Fernando, Jose B, and Jose M.) to clean it up and get it dried out. They were very friendly and walked me through all the work that had been done. They did a thorough job and cleaned up afterwards.

We appreciated the opportunity to move our time earlier, and we are finally fully confident about what is causing our issue! Although we need separate repairs completed first, we will call Nick ASAP!

Carlos and Rocky repaired/fixed (under warranty) the loose floor joist frontier basement installed about 1 year ago. I can't say enough good words about Carlos. Dale & Jose did an excellent job! They explained everything before starting, were very courteous to our whole family, took off shoes when entering our home and cleaned up after.  A +++ work ethic!

Your staff person Morgan Allen has been here the last 2 Junes to replace dehumidifier filter for us. He is always pleasant, personable, helpful and during this most recent visit discovered a water leak which we would not have found ourselves as we are in our 70's and not able to get under our house ourselves.
