We hired Frontier Basement Systems to install smart jacks and water-proof our cellar in our 100+ year old home we recently purchased. I was really surprised at how affordable the work was and the crews that came to complete the work were very professional, knowledgeable and hard-working. 

I typically don't write reviews unless I have a terrible experience or get exceptional service. Well, today we had our annual inspection on our sump pump. Our tech did an exceptional job. He went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you and I will request you to return next year!!!

Fantastic job by Fernando & his crew. They worked diligently & took the time to explain in detail each step of the process providing excellent problem solving solutions. The completed work looks fantastic & the overall company customer service is a relief in a time when customer service is shaky. Job well done.

Fernando and Jose did a fantastic job installing the CleanSpace liner and SaniDry dehumidifier. They were both professional and efficient. As the on-site foreman, Fernando was easy to work with and keenly aware of his duty to satisfy the buyer. We had to make some changes to initial work plan which resulted in a lower overall cost to me. Fernando used a common sense approach, not completing work that would need to be changed in order to accommodate the changes. This resulted in the team finishing the project ahead of schedule. I did have a problem with the material becoming detached in one area around the door after a few days of use. When I called Frontier to let them know, they assured me that Fernando would be back the next day. His dedication to provide excellent customer service brought him back to my house that same evening, he drove an hour out of his way to correct the problem. In my final analysis, I couldn’t be happier with the work and follow up service. If Fernando is on the job, it will be done right!

I live on a hill in the Goodlettesville/Joelton area and my concrete driveway had started to inch down the hill due to erosion underneath. It was not being supported properly and would only get worse. The previous owner replaced the driveway before I bought the house 5 years ago so I didn't think I would have any issues with it. Nightmare situation for any homeowner and I knew I needed to act quick. I spoke with several companies who said they could fix it and even got several estimates for the cost of repair. None of them felt quite right. Then I had someone mention Frontier Basement Systems and I did a little research on them and decided to give them a try. They were able to not only quote me a competitive price, but also came with the knowledge and quality customer service as well. Eric F***** and Anthony come out and used the polylevel product to stabilize my driveway for years to come. From the first call all the way through to the finished job, every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Most companies have at least one weak link in the chain, but not FBS. They know how to treat their customers with respect and get the job done right. I will be recommending Frontier Basement Systems to everyone I know that needs work done. " I originally contacted Frontier about getting my crawlspace encapsulated and waterproofed due to flooding in the crawlspace. The salesman/inspector, Evan, was extremely nice and when he came in he noticed our floors were bouncy and unlevel. An issue that has bugged me since we bought our house. So on top of the encapsulation I decided to go ahead and get the floors leveled out. All for what I thought it would cost to just encapsulate the crawlspace. Fast forward to the day of installation an issue was found with the sistered floor joist which was a factor for the floors being off. Fernando, the project's foreman, immediately contacted me and informed me and what it was going to take to fix the problem. I didn't have enough to cover this issue, but Frontier and Fernando worked with me and reworked some things. In the end we decided to get the floors leveled and the flooding addressed. Fernando and Jose, both of the ones who worked on our project, were very professional, very knowledgeable, very nice and patient (crawlspace flooded in the middle of project and sat the rest of the project back a week), and just all around outstanding. Everyone who I have spoke with and had contact with have shown the upmost respect and a positive attitude. Throughout the project I didn't have an issue contacting anyone and getting answers to questions. I am very satisfied with Fernando's and Jose's work. The floors are mostly level and the bounciness in the floors is gone. We have yet to see the true force of the sump pump as it has been mostly dry since install but I have confidence when the time comes that it is ready. When I am able to get the crawlspace encapsulated in the future Frontier will be the first place I call to get it done and get it done right. "
