Just had our yearly service call for the water barrier sysem today, and it was a most pleasant experience. Jason was our technician-he was on time, friendly, and very efficint. He explained everything he was going to do beforehe did it, and answered any questions I had politely and with obvious knowledge about his products and job. He left the work area clean, dry and in great shape. I hope he is still working for you next year, because I want him to be my service technician again!
