Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

We installed DryTrack drainage tracks along the perimeter of the basement in this Paris, TN home. The drainage tracks carry water from the home's walls to a newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. This system will keep the home's basement dry for years to come. 

Here's a before and after picture of the basement in which we installed our waterproofing system and CleanSpace on the walls to control moisture and humidity. 

The porch on this home in Paris, TN had settled and separated from the home 1 1/2". We came out and utilized our new PolyLEVEL system to lift the porch where it belongs. PolyLEVEL is a two-part urethane that expands into rigid foam used to fill voids, stabilize concrete, and lift concrete. This system leaves smaller holes than traditional mudjacking, allows for an accurate lift, waterproof, and is environmentally friendly.

We installed a SaniDry system in this customer's basement to help keep their air dry and healthy!

Before and after the IceGuard and LawnScape system installation in Puryear, TN. IceGuard is used to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
