Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This basement in Nashville, Tennessee, used to collect water. To get the water our from the basement, we installed our waterproofing system. The images you see are of the drain pipes that lead water from the sump pump outside, at least 10 feet away from the house, where it escapes through the outlet.

This customer in Nashville, TN had purchased a home where the previous owner opted only to get a TripleSafe® Sump Pump. This ensures the ultimate basement waterproofing and humidity control. With too much water coming in or coming up from the ground this customer needed a full perimeter waterproofing solution. We have had a lot of storms lately here in Middle Tennessee, and additional water management was needed to drain the pooling water into the sump pump. We cleaned and serviced her sump pump, then installed our WaterGuard® System and IceGuard® to make sure this problem does not occur again. 

This beautiful Melrose neighborhood home was built in 1925. The homeowner decided to do a complete home renovation from top to bottom, including his basement and crawl space. Since this home was built in 1925, it was supported by rotting 2x4 beams under the subfloors and cedar tree trunks. To support this home permanently, we worked with a structural engineer to custom-make support beams to go under the subfloor to attach to Smart Jacks that would replace the cedar tree trunks. These beams weighed over 3,500 lbs., and our installers carried them into the basement by hand. It took many hands to help get this project completed. His basement waterproofing also included the SmartJacks, a vapor barrier in the crawl space, a WaterGuard and LawnScape System, CleanSpace on the stone walls, and a radon mitigation system. 

This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier to address issues with flooding in his basement. To fix the issue we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, with a TrenchDrain. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet. We also added a TripleSafe Complete pump system and CleanSpace on the walls. These products will greatly reduce the chance of flooding or water intrusion issues again. 

This Crawlspace was unsafe and unsighlty. Now thanks to our  CleanSpace system and foundation repair team it is neither.
