Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This Nashville homeowner has lived in this home for about 3 years. hey, have been concerned about the water and odor in the crawl space for over a year. They were complaining of musty, damp, and moldy smells. The family was ready to encapsulate as soon as possible after learning the benefits and how it would improve the health of the home. 

This homeowner had finally had enough! It wasn’t a major issue, but it was enough to just aggravate. She was dealing with standing water in her car port, every time it would rain there was a huge puddle. It would take a couple days before it would dry up completely. Unfortunately, there was more times with puddles then without.  She would have to step out of her car and right into a puddle of water. We all know how aggravating this can be. After talking to one of our design specialist, they were able to come up with a quick forever fix. A trench Drain with a discharge line and problem solved.

This customer in Nashville, TN has dealt with water intrusion in their basement for years and now they are at a point where it has to be taken care of. We came in and drilled holes in the concrete block to let the water drain from the walls, installed WaterGuard around the interior of basement walls, a TripleSafe Sump Pump for the water to drain into, a drainage line and IceGuard to the exterior, and a LawnScape System so any water collected will drain into the yard. Now that this project is completed, this customer no longer needs to worry about a wet basement every time it rains.  

These homeowners in Antioch Tennessee were having problems with their driveway and settlement.  There was a decent drop at the end of their driveway where the sidewalk meets.  They reached out to Frontier for a solution and Frontier sent out a design specialist.  Together with the homeowners it was decided that PolyLevel injections were the right solution for this home.
