Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This Kentucky basement had problems with water intrusion and their wall crumbling/bowing. If the homeowners waited any longer to get professional help, complete wall failure and mold was almost certain! The homeowners decided to take advantage of our free inspections to talk to one of our trained inspectors in person about their problems. After our inspector inspected their basement and assessed the damages, he sat down with the homeowners and talked about the different products we had that could fix their issues! 
The homeowners wanted to never have to worry about their basement again, so they had a few different waterproofing and wall stabilizing products installed! 

Products Installed: 
CarbonArmor- epoxy and carbon fiber strips to strengthen and stabilize foundation walls 
Wall Anchors- can stabilize foundation walls that have cracked, bowed or buckled because of soil pressure
PowerBrace- repairs utilize steel I-beams to strengthen and stabilize bowing or tilting foundation walls
WaterGuard- collects seepage from water and ground 
TrenchDrain- effectively captures surface water at stairways, doorways and along other openings
CleanSpace Drainage Matting- helps trapped water get to drain
CleanSpace Wall Liner- works to collect wall seepage
IceGuard- has a perforated top for water to escape out of if discharge lines were to freeze
TripleSafe Sump Pump- has three different pumps that with automatically change based on your space's needs. 

The homeowners now have a dry basement that they can use for storage. They love not having to worry about damages from wall failure or mold growth and are glad to finally have the peace of mind they deserve!

This basement had water seeping in so consistently that it's likely there is a spring in the area. Not being able to store anything on the floor and the effects of mold were the deciding factors to get a waterproofing system installed.

This customer in Scottsville, KY had bowing foundational walls and issues with flooding in his basement. To fix the issue we installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors using a 12 in x 28 in wall support. We also installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, with a TrenchDrain. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet or Well to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure. We also added a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. Includes 3 CleanPump stands, an airtight lid with an airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and an air filtration system. These products will greatly reduce the chance of flooding again. 

Look at all that water! It’s a really good thing they reached out to Frontier. Unable to sell their home due to the large amounts of water in their crawl space. Frontier did a full encapsulation of their crawl space and the difference is amazing.  The future homeowners can now use that space for extra storage.

This family has lived in their home for over 25 years. They have been dealing with a leaky basement for years as well as thinking about fixing it for a few years.
