Before we installed WaterGuard there was a lot of moisture and the walls were extremely porous which allows water and moisture to enter their basement. We were able to go in, install WaterGuard and apply some CleanSpace to the wall which is a 20 mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out.

This customer in Mayfield, KY needed basement waterproofing and chose Frontier Foundations and Crawl Space Repair. We came in and installed TripleSafe Sump Pump system with a SaniDry Dehumidifier as well as a new SunHouse Window Well Enclosure. We demoed the old basement wells, and installed a drainage system for the sump pump to connect with a LawnScape system to drain all the water into the yard.
