This customer in Nashville, TN decided to have his basement waterproofed. We added our TripleSafe® sump pump and our WaterGurd® Lining around the bottom of the basement interior to capture water from the walls, floor, or air and lead it out of the basement with a discharge line to the exterior of the home, away from the structure. Our TripleSafe® sump pump has a backup battery that will turn on if the power goes out, so even during big storms, the sump pump will continue to work and pump any water that may get in, out of the basement.
This Crawlspace was unsafe and unsighlty. Now thanks to our CleanSpace system and foundation repair team it is neither.
This 1920s home was built on Monolithic slab with stone walls a basement door at main level was a formula for disaster when it rains. Water came in through cracks in the slab, wall joints, stones, and the door.
A potential buyer in Nashville wanted everything to be perfect in her soon-to-be home. She wanted to start from the outside and work her way in. The first step was fixing the gaps and cracks in her sidewalk and front porch.
Our crew repaired her problems with NexusPro Joint Sealant and Crack Repair. Both NexusPro products are silicone-based, are engineered to provide long lasting flexibility, and able to stand up to harsh weather conditions.
We are just as excited to fix up the inside of her future home as she is!
This customer in Decatur, AL had water leaking into their basement. The home had two garages with a retaining wall in between the two. Only one had water intrusion issues. We added a TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace Walls, a DryTrak baseboard drainage system, a WaterGuard Drainage System, and a Trench Drain for the foot traffic that comes in at the entrance. The Trench Drain will help with outside water pouring in. We also added a drainage system with IceGuard and a LawnScape. As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement. If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate.
