The homeowners of this 1966 home had noticed their flooding issue since they purchased the home 3 years ago. They had tried to create their own drainage system with wood and tar but were worried about the antique cars that they stored in the garage.
They knew they needed professional help to make sure no damage came to their home or their vehicles, so they called us and our specialists got to work!
They had taken out the homemade drainage system, dug out space for our WaterGuard (that would be installed around the walls) and TrenchDrain (Installed in front of their water heater and doorways). These products were installed so the water could be collected in order to make its way to the Sump Pump, that they had also installed, so the rainwater could finally be pumped out of their garage!
We waterproofed a basement with our Waterguard products so that this family has a dry space they can finish later, if they wish!
This customer's basement had standing water and we installed our SuperSump System with waterguard to keep it clean and dry!
These homeowners were struggling with a lot of moisture in their crawl space and contacted Frontier for a free inspection and a design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns. Together with the homeowner it was decided that a full encapsulation of their crawl space was the right solution for their home. Their crawl space looks amazing and they can now use this space for extra storage!
Waterguard is installed around the perimeter of the basement. A trench is dug and once the trench is done everything is smoothed out and cemented over to ensure the basement is useable.
