My experience with your company was not exactly what I expected!  I had visualized trucks, big equipment, men everywhere digging up my lawn, and maybe leaving a mess for me to clean up.  You can imagine my surprise when the crew arrived on time and rang my doorbell.  I must have looked at them as if they were at the wrong house until I saw the shirts with "Frontier Basements" on them.  I was looking at my crew and couldn't believe it - there stood a lovely lady (RENAI,the foreman) and a young man, (KEVIN her helper).  After the introductions, they went to work and did not stop all day.  Even the heat and the areas in the sun didn't stop them.  They worked tirelessly all day for about 8 hours or more.  Renai worked on the front area and Kevin worked on the drains.  When she finished with the concrete work, she helped Kevin with the last drain,  which was the most difficult  and not anticipated.... a long trench to be dug, many rocks and tree roots in the way plus digging under a set of steps to connect the pipes.  

They hoped to finish that day, but it was getting late, I know they must have been very tired,  so they finished what could be done and Renai said they would return the next day.  Renai finished the next morning by herself as Kevin was not able to come.  She is an amazing woman!  She was even driving the truck, pulling the equipment and trailer....how many women could do that?  So I applaud Renai and Kevin for their tireless and professional work and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.  They were friendly, polite, and an exceptional and knowledgeable crew to have do my basement work.  Frontier is fortunate to have them on their team!   Thanks for sending them for the job.  I couldn't have ask for better.
