Brad Pallares and his team Brennan and Tommy did an amazing job on our crawlspace. I first noticed how clean and organized their truck was. Every tool had a place and nothing was thrown about during the project. Next, I was amazed at how quickly they were able to dig out the trenches, install the sump pump, and encapsulate our crawlspace. Every phase of the project Brad made sure I understood what his team had accomplished and what his next steps were. He is calm and listens to all questions. We had a sump pump installed by Frontier Basements Systems in 2004 after our home was flooded with a few inches of water. In 2010 we were massively flooded but this time with with 5 feet of water in our walk out basement. After the small 2004 flood we had ready to use sand bags, waterproof door panels etc. to try and keep the water out in the 2010 flood. Unfortunately we had sandbags for 3.5 feet but not 5 feet. When the water receded I expected to find my basement full of water. After all the sandbags had done a good job keeping the water out until we ran out of bags and the water came over the top so I assumed the water would be held in our home by the same sandbags. Incredibly though when I made it back to our home a few hours past the peak of the flooding our sump pump had completely emptied the water out. We literally had stranded and dying fish in our home but we were able to walk right in and start cleaning up thanks to our sump pump. So keep up with your annual maintenance, it is a silent sentry, but it will really be there when you need it most. Earlier this week Jason came out for our annual service. He did a great job cleaning it, making sure it works, etc. he clearly explained what he was doing etc. and we know it is working and ready for the day we may need it again (but let’s hope that day isn’t any time soon!).

Overall, Chad was professional and courteous. He was able to explain how things work in a home. He was able to narrow down the air flow leak in my home. He went through and explained how it can be fixed. I was very pleased with the overall experience. 

The Design Specialist Robert did and excellent job explaining the best options to fix our water problem. And we appreciate the excellent job Carlos and his crew did. The quality of work and the reasonable pricing is what made us chose Frontier Basement System over the competition.

When the electrician left, he said everything was hooked up and running.  The Sani-Pump is very quiet because we haven't heard it yet.  So far, no moisture has been pumped out, but the atmosphere has been very dry since installation and the crawl space was dry when it was installed. What made me choose the company was the overall impression of salesperson's desire to accurately assess my needs rather than just trying to make a sale.  Nick told me some things that I could do before he returned to further evaluate what I needed.  Upon return, Nick explained options and never used any high-pressure sales techniques.

Well, the recent deluge did not present any problems in our garage.  Your recently installed system works well and we are very pleased! Bryan Wiggs evaluated our issues and recommended a course of action that w agreed with.  We apprecaited his informative visit. We wanted to take this time to also tell you that we were impressed with Alex and his team.  They were professional, courteous and hard workers.  And they did an excellent clean up when the job was finished.
