Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

These Antioch home's porch soon became a big eyesore. They had shifted down and made the perfect entryway for rainwater to infiltrate and make matters worse! Products Installed:
NexusPro- It is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry. 

PolyLevel- It is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

These before and after photos beautifully demonstrate how PolyLevel injections can correct a sinking concrete porch. Specialized equipment will be used to inject the polymer foam under the slab to lift and stabilize it.

In the before photo the concrete slab had sunk and broken away from the brick columns. The after photo shows how PolyLevel, injected into the slab, lifts and stabilizes it. Now, tripping hazards have been eliminated because the concrete is level.
