Rainwater seeps in and under the concrete slab, softening the soil under and causing the perfect place for the heavy slabs to sink and settle in at. We first had to lift the sunken concrete slabs, so they were all level with each other. They injected PolyLevel foam by boring small (penny sized) holes in the slab. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab.

Our crew then sealed all of the cracks with NexusPro Joint Sealant. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.

Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customer's front sidewalk and stairs. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the Structure would allow, guaranteeing stabilization. Polylevel provides the fill, lift, and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.
