After years of water damage the concrete work was in bad shape. The broken concrete was a safety concern; trip hazard, holding water when it rains, freezing in the winter, and less than pretty. Removing the old concrete, pouring new, and giving the water proper drainage solves this Nashville home owners problem permanently.
This 1972 Nashville home's porch recently had some settlement issues that resulted in a tripping hazard. Their concrete porch had sunk a little and become uneven and cracks began to appear recently. Our crew came in and installed helical piers under the porch slab to lift it back to its original position and used NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks in their sidewalk. Customer had patio, porch & driveway with multiple cracks due to ground settlement. Crews used Poly Level 400 to lift & stabilize ground, then used the Nexus Pro to repair & seal cracks to prevent further damage.
Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers concrete front sidewalk. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.
The concrete around this pool leading up to the deck seating had fallen in multiple areas and needed as much as a 2" lift in some areas.
