Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The owners of this Nashville, TN home were unhappy with the state of their dusty, dirty crawlspace. We completed a full crawl space encapsulation to seal out any air that might create mold and moisture and separate the home from the ground below. Our crawlspace encapsulation system includes the CleanSpace vapor barrier, seen here. The homeowners were left satisfied with the quality of work that was completed. 

This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier out to help with his sagging crawl space. We determined the structure was sinking and would need structural support and a solution to prevent further damage by controlling the moisture issues. We installed SmartJacks to lift the structure back up. After that, we encapsulated the crawl space with Drainage matting, CleanSpace Liner on floors and walls, and a TripleSafe sump pump with IceGuard and LawnScape system to drain all the water out of the crawl space and away from the structure. We finished the project with a new secure crawl space door. 

We placed Cleanspace in the Cellar of this customer's home to provide a vapor barrier and insulate the area!
