This customer in Nashville, TN came to Frontier with moisture issues in their crawl space. We came in and removed all moisture-soaked debris, added drainage matting to the floors, CleanSpace to the floors and walls as well as wrapped all the piers, sealed the vents with SilverGlo panels, and installed a SaniDry Sedona to pull any additional moisture from the air to make the crawl space as moisture free as possible. Now the customer can use their crawl space for their needs without worrying about damaging moisture on any items stored, mold growth, wood rot, or musty smells entering the home above!

This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier out for a crawl space encapsulation. This project included cleaning and removing the debris in the crawl space, mold removal caused by the moisture issues, new Drainage matting added to the crawl space floor, CleanSpace on the walls and floors, a TripleSafe sump pump, and drainage lines. We sealed the vents with SilverGlo and sealed off any air leaks with spray foam insulation and installed a SaniDry Sedona to pull any excess moisture from the air.
