This Clarksville family had a mess of problems that stemmed from having a leaky crawl space.
Because of the excessive amount of moisture in their space, it caused mold. The mold even started growing in their living quarters AND there was a lingering musty smell in both areas.
The moisture had caused mold to grow on their wood beams as well, which weakened them and created soft spots! They also complained of cold floors during the winter. but no worries. After they met with our inspector he ensured them he had a lasting solution for them! We encapsulated their crawl space and installed our durable EverLast Door!
EverLast crawl space doors from Basement Systems are made from ½-in.-thick PVC plastic that is just about indestructible. Unlike wood crawl space doors, EverLast doors will never warp, crack, shrink or require maintenance or painting. An air and water seal is certain, thanks to the heavy-duty weatherstripping that comes with each EverLast door.
We have very happy customers thanks to our nationally backed products and experienced crew!

This customer in Murfreesboro, TN had moisture issues in their crawl space. These issues were causing musty odors, wood rot, cold draft's, and sagging floors. To mitigate these issues, we came in and installed Smart Jacks to stabilize the structure. Then to fix the moisture issues we installed drainage matting in the crawl space as well as wrapped the entire crawl space with CleanSpace and installed a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier. We also replaced the crawl space door with a new EverLast door, to make it more secure as well as using SilverGlo panels to block all the crawl space vents and added insulation the the floor joists.
This Tennessee homeowner had noticed mold start to grow in his crawl space and was worried about his and his family's health. He saw one of our ads in City Publications and decided it was time to get his crawl space encapsulated!
Our trained inspector came to his home and checked out his crawl space. He tested moisture in the air and wood content moisture and found that both were above average. The wood content level was to the point in which most see decay and mold was already growing!
Our inspector talked to the homeowner about our encapsulation process and the many benefits that come with it, such as warmer floors in the winter, lower energy bills, and reduced moisture in the space.
The homeowner was ready to get the project done, so he agreed, and our crew came out and installed the following products:
SmartDrain- If a plumbing failure occurs, this system will drain the water beneath your vapor barrier, preventing it from collecting in the space.
CleanSpace Liner-
Drainage Matting- raised dimples to help trapped water find their way to the designated drain
EverLast Door- seals out moisture, air, and critters! Plus, it is made out of a 1/2 thick PVC pipe and that will never rust or warp!
They now have a healthy and clean crawl space, and no longer have to worry about the mold growth affecting their health.
We used CleanSpace to help seal this musty crawlspace into a useable and energy-friendly space!
