This customer in Pegram, TN called Frontier due to sagging floors and cracks around their door frames and sticky doors. When crawl spaces are damp, humid, or experience flooding, they become an ideal environment for mold and rot. As the wood deteriorates, it will no longer be able to support your home, leading to significant structural damage. In many cases, a failing crawl space structure can be resolved by installing crawl space supports, like SmartJacks. In this home we sealed the crawl space with SilverGlo panels, installed drainage matting, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now the crawl space is lifted, dry, and healthy.
