This Tennessee cabin needed a little TLC in their crawl space, because there was an excessive amount of moisture that was causing mold to grow. Every day that went by they knew it was only getting worse, so they called us up and we were happy to help!
Our crew installed these products:
Drainage Matting: This matting has raised dimples made to help trapped water under the liner make its way to the designated drain or pump!
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier: Our 20mil thick liner has 7 layers of polyethylene composition and polyester-cord reinforcement. It is extremely durable and made to seal out moisture and humidity!
TripleSafe Sump Pump: This reliable pump has not one, but THREE different pumps that will automatically change based on your space's needs. As an extra bonus, it has a battery operated pump that will continue working even when your power goes out.
IceGuard: The product protects your space in the case of your discharge lines freezing. Its perforated top allows trapped water to escape out of it instead of going back in and flooding your space.
Lawnscape Outlet!
The matting and liner workered together to lead water to the reliable sump pump, which will then be released away from the home out of the LawnScape Outlet: The grated removable top makes cleaning easier. Plus, it's green to better camouflage into surrounding grass!
They now have a dry space and no longer have to worry about mold growth damaging their home's health!

In Franklin, TN, a homeowner grappled with persistent moisture issues within their crawl space. A contributing factor was the use of an organic-made door, which not only allowed ventilation but also provided an entry point for rodents. This compromised the space's integrity and heightened the risk of moisture-related problems. To address the issue, we implemented a transformative solution by replacing the outdated door with the New EverLast Door. Crafted from sturdy 1/2-inch thick PVC plastic, this airtight door serves as a robust barrier, effectively preventing the entry of unwanted humidity and dampness into the crawl space. The upgrade ensures not only enhanced moisture control but also eliminates the potential for rodent intrusion, providing a long-lasting solution to safeguard the crawl space.
