We used CleanSpace to help seal this musty crawlspace into a useable and energy-friendly space!

This crawl space had a bad moisture problem. Normally, households have a minimum encapsulation requirement they have to pass. Black tarp does the job of passing the requirement, but when a house has issues like this one.. the black tarp does nothing to help it! 
Since it was not sealed correctly, the soil ground under the rocks were exposed. The moisture from the soil evaporated into the home and caused mold issues, as well as foundation issues that the homeowners had already fixed. They knew they still needed to address thier moisture issues before their home's foundation got any worse, so they called us! 

Our trained inspector, Robert, came to their home to inspect their crawl space. He then sat down with the homeowners and explained what was going on in their space and what lasting solutions we had to solve their moisture problems! He told them all about our encapsulation process and products that ensured moisture will never be a problem again in their crawl space. They were eager to have one less worry on their mind and agreed to what Robert had suggested.

This customer in Thompsons Station, TN decided to go with us for a complete crawl space moisture control system. This is called a crawl space encapsulation. We came in and installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, Drainage matting on the floor, Clean Space over the interior walls and floor, as well as a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and an Aspen Air Purifier inside the crawl space. Now all the moisture and dampness in the crawl space will be separated from the rest of the home. No more musty smells, moisture issues, cold floors, or cold drafts coming from the crawl space up into the home.  

This customer in Thompsons Station, TN had water and moisture issues in the crawlspace of their home. To mitigate the issue and prevent any further water issues in the future we completed a waterproofing system. We installed EZ Flow, Drainage matting on the floors, and CleanSpace to encapsulate the area. We also installed a TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

This large crawl space had a Dehumidifcation system installed which is designed to control the humidity level of the crawl space while removing dust and odors. Along with the addition of a CleanSpace encapsulation system, which included wrapping the concrete piers to prevent moisture from entering the space through the piers themselves. It is safe to say this space will remain dry and odor free for many years to come!
