Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This customer in Florence, AL called us for moisture issues in their crawl space. We came out and removed all the moldy, wet insulation, and cleaned all remaining debris. After that we installed drainage matting, CleanSpace to the floors, walls, and wrapped around piers, and finished the project by installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

Many homes were built on cinder blocks as their foundation.  Cinder blocks are porous and can hold a lot of water, this is also not the best environment for the wood that holds up the floors.  The homeowners noticed a lot of squeaking, a lot of doors and windows not opening as they once had. It was decided that a series of smart jacks were the right solution for this home. Smart jacks are designed to provide support and stability to a foundation. The results?
