We used CleanSpace to help seal this musty crawlspace into a useable and energy-friendly space!

This Kentucky family was having some mold and water pooling issues in their crawl space. They called us to encapsulate their crawl space and make it healthy!
We used a few of our best products:

The home already had some plastic on the ground but still had a ton of water in the crawl space causing damage to the floor joist and overall health of the home.

By Upgrading to a full encapsulation, with sump pump, and dehumidifier this family no longer needs to worry.

This Kentucky homeowner had a problem with standing water constantly in her crawl space. She said that the space reeked of a mildew odor. She knew her problems would only get worse if she did not find help and she was worried about her family's health. Did you know that 50% of the air we breathe upstairs comes from downstairs? The crawl space was "encapsulated" when built, but it was obviously the bare minimum to meet code. When our inspector came to inspect her home, he made sure to tell her all about our professional encapsulation system. It is also quite durable for it is 20mil thick and has 7 layers of polyethylene composition and polyester-cord reinforcement.
