This customer called Frontier due to mold issues in their crawl space. When we did our inspection, we found moisture issues and mold growth in their crawl space. To mitigate the problems, we cleaned up the debris in the crawl space and then remediated the mold issue. After that to prevent the problem from reoccurring we installed Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner over the floors and walls, sealed the vents with SilverGlo panels, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
As you can see from the photos there was a lot of water in this crawl space. The homeowners were unable to sell their home due to standing water in their crawl space and needed to get this repaired. They contacted us and it was decided that a full encapsulation was the right solution for their home. The white vapor barrier you can see is CleanSpace and is 20 mil thick. This is designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space.
This home in Buffalo Valley Tennessee was struggling with massive cracks in their foundation. Luckily we were able to go in, install some push piers and were able to return the home back to its original position. Push piers are placed beneath the homes foundation and are intended to provide support and stability. These results are stunning!
