Our inspector came out to inspect their space and noted the mildew smell and damp/muddy soil. He also took a wood moisture content test and also tested the relative humidity in the crawl space-- all which were above the recommended levels.

Our vapor barrier liner is made to reduce moisture in the crawl and can even lower your energy bills. It is also quite durable for it is 20mil thick and has 7 layers of polyethylene composition and polyester-cord reinforcement.

We installed crawl space jacks to stabilize the sinking and lift the structure back up. Once that was complete we addressed the moisture issues.
