This customer in Ashland City, TN called Frontier for moisture issues in their crawl space. The moisture issues had started to cause the insulation to drip and fall and mold had started to grow. To mitigate the issues, we came in and removed all the wet insulation from between the floor joists as well as all other debris. We then treated the wood floor joists for mold and began working on waterproofing this crawl space. We added drainage matting to the floors and then covered all the vents and any air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. After that, we covered the entire area with a CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to capture any remaining moisture from the air. They now have a clean, dry, healthy crawl space.
