This home owner in Rickman Tennessee noticed the walls had cracks and were shifting. They became aware that putting off work any longer would certainly make this dangerous situation worse.
Our inspection did in fact reveal foundation failure. Our job was to straighten the existing foundation walls so they could support the load of the home.
Our team installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors with 12"x28" wall plates to secure this foundation.
This homeowner noticed that the basement wall was starting to bow in the center. Knowing how bad this can get and how fast it can get bad, he decided to call Frontier Basement System, Lucky for him he caught this just in time. We were able to go out and secure the wall using Carbon Fiber Straps, Carbon fiber is a very high tensile strength material that is almost impossible to stretch. Because it doesn’t stretch, it can be "glued" to concrete walls to keep them from bending or bowing inward. Carbon fiber straps have become a fairly common method for reinforcing basement walls, and when installed properly they can be effective in holding the center of the wall in place.
This Westmoreland, TN homeowner called us with concerns over the uneven, sagging floors in his home. Upon completing a free inspection of his foundation and floor joists, we recommended SmartJacks to add additional support to his floor joists. This lifted and leveled the sagging floors, providing a solution to the issue that the homeowner was facing. The homeowner was left satisfied with the quality of work that was completed.
This church in Auburn, KY was experiencing some foundation settlement that was causing stair-stepping in the brick of the building. To prevent the foundation from sinking further and causing more complicated issues in the future we installed piers to lift and support the church's foundation. This will stop the settlement and leave the church building intact for years to come.
The church is happy with the quality of work that we completed.
