Excellence of Service by Frontier Basement Systems In February 2018, I hired Frontier Basement Systems to check my encapsulated crawl space.  Upon making the appointment, the office staff, Jamie and Lynn, immediately followed up with an email to me confirming the date/time and stated price for the service.  When I requested a follow-up, the office staff immediately scheduled it.  The technician, Mike Winfree, demonstrated professionalism in providing service.  By professionalism, I mean this:  1. He showed great knowledge of what should be in place by taking his time and conducting a thorough review of all factors that define integrity in a crawl space encapsulation.  2. He demonstrated outstanding troubleshooting abilities and identified key situations that needed further attention.  3. He demonstrated unbelievable people skills by really listened to my concerns and taking his time while explaining in detail everything I needed to know about his findings.  These three factors are the hallmark of professionalism and I highly commend Frontier for that.  The spirit of good old fashioned customer service pervades Frontier.  I believe this spirit comes from the top and extends throughout the company.  I highly recommend Frontier to those seeking peace of mind about the status of their crawl space.  I will be very comfortable trusting them with my future crawl space issues.

Mitch was the service tech that came out to do her service. She said that he was a very nice guy and he did a wonderful job. She said that he was able to come early and called her first, she really appreciated the fact that he called and that he was able to come early. She said that he was all done with the service by the time he was originally supposed to be out there.

One of Sue's big concerns was the landscaping out front. Couldn't tell your crew was there. Isai helped moved a pallet of food for a customer even though it was not his job!

 Adam helped me walk a customer through what the issue was with their UltraSump battery backup system. Once the client was informed and agreed to have it replaced he let me install the new system and helped me make sure it was installed properly.

I recently had a yearly check up and found the service technicians to be very polite and courteous, and they arrived on time!

Our annual maintenance was due. Jason , the technician, came to our home on schedule and was very thorough with his job. He ran through the checklist of items to be verified and did a great work verifying each and every one of them ensuring the proper functioning of the sump system.
