The weight of the soil is pressing around the foundation wall; the wall is giving in to the weight creating cracks in the block. Wall anchors are used to counteract the soil pressure and reinforce the foundation wall.
This home has a large retaining wall which needed a total of 7 Geo-lock wall anchors installed to straighten the wall and prevent any damage or collapse.
Years of neglect had left this McMinnville home in sad shape. Floor joist were rotten, insulation was soiled and falling. The moisture in the crawl space had allowed for serious mold growth that was very concerning for this family.
Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customer's carport/patio/porch & driveway. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.
