This sweet little ranch home had been vacant for a couple of years and the new owners noticed an odor that was more than just the strange empty house smell.

This Tennessee family had called us to attend to a few other cracks in this concrete slab, but we also told them how important it was to seal this very common crack. When the two slabs were put down, it seems that they weren't sealed together. This is extremely important, because erosion is the culprit for many cracks, and this crack is giving an open invite to rainwater. The invite says, "hey, I'm unprotected and you can sink right down to my base and cause erosion!"
