This customer in Madisonville, KY had foundation settlement issues at their home including a sinking foundation, bowing interior walls and cracking on the exterior walls. To fix the situation we installed Push Piers to support the foundation using a low-profile bracket and lifted the foundation back to its correct position. We also installed CarbonArmor with ArmorLock Top Clamp on the interior foundation walls to further support the newly lifted foundation.

As you can see from the photos there was a lot of water in this crawl space. The homeowners were unable to sell their home due to standing water in their crawl space and needed to get this repaired.
