Caitlin handled the transaction that eventually got my sump pump installed. She had to do quite a bit of follow up because the initial paperwork (delivered by the employee who responded to my home was not adequate for the transaction) . I found this out when I didn't hear from the company for a week and called in. Caitlins attitude and helpfulness was a credit to your organization. She saved this sale.
The initial call for service (Aug. 22nd) was a failure of the gravity drain (installed by Frontier) several years ago. It worked well for a period and then failed. Attempts were made by annual inspectors (for Frontier installed crawl space encapsulation) to get the drain working properly had limited benefits. The drain failed completely during recent heavy rains and Frontier was called. Responding agent came to house, looked into but never entered crawlspace, and pronounced the need for a sump pump. Having had as much fun as I wanted with the drain I advised him to install the sump pump. I then began an extended wait for the install until I called Caitlin (when the install process actually began).
Roger Allen was the installer who showed up on Sept. 7th to install the sump pump. I can happily say he is one of best employees I have met from your company. Nothing he had been advised of concerning the work required was adequate. He had to dig the drain up (completely clogged) and repair same- install a triple single pump set up- redo a large area of damaged/leaking cleanspace material and install pipework. Roger worked tirelessly to insure the job was done correctly. He is a very skilled individual and a definite asset to your company. Should I have any problem in the future I will most certainly request Roger to respond.
Work area was spotless when Roger finished the job. He has amazing attention to detail.
