I believe a company should be judged not only on pricing but service rendered. Alot of times this service arises when something goes wrong and how the company handles it. Mistakes will be made. It is how the company rectifies the mistake that seperates the men from the boys. We had a Water Proof door installed no problem. In addition we had a drain moved away from the back entrance to our property so the pipe would not be damaged if service vehicles went over them. Due to a miscommunication, the pipe was not moved but stayed within the area of the gate. We were disappointed when we realized thes had happened and did not know Frontiers response. There was a terrific response. Someone was sent to rectify the error and the drain is no longer in the area of the gate opening. Frontier proved themselves one of the men and we thank your understanding and cooperation in rectifying this.

I really liked Morgan and the work he did on my home! He did an excellent job!!

"Frontier Basement Systems installed a support beam and jack system to lift our sagging floors. We are extremely happy with the job- doors that would not close now do, cracks in the walls closed up, the bounciness in the house is gone and I no longer feel like my refrigerator is going to fall into the crawlspace! Mark was great.He had a great presentation and a great guy also.He was on time, called on the way Inspection and presentation went fantastic. We are trying to do major renovation on an older store We collected several quotes to see if it was salvageable and our project doable. 

Chad did a great job of explaining why we are having the problems we are having. I feel as if the solution provided will keep the storage area dry. 

Eric and his helper showed up on time. They completed the work Quickly and it looks FANTASTIC! No more tripping hazards for us.

The crew was great and that they worked very hard. I was impressed.

Service tech came to my house this morning to service my sump pump.  He was polite and well dressed.  He explained what he would be doing and got it done very quickly.  The whole process took less than an hour and he was on his way.  I would most certainly recommend Frontier as a whole.
