Eric Furman came to my home in Benton, KY to raise a concrete walkway which had begun to sink into the soil around my house. He completed the job in about an hour and a half and did an excellent job. He explained the entire process to me and was extremely knowledgeable. He also has a great sense of humor.

We had Frontier Basement excavate for a basement room of a summer home. Fernando was the foreman for the project. He kept in contact with us about the progress and the schedule for the work. When the project was finished he walked through with us and made sure we were happy with the job. Excellent experience. We will certainly call Frontier again when we are ready to do more work.

There are not enough superlatives to properly brag on his work or his dedication to his craft. Dear Frontier Basement Systems,    Frontier Basement Systems was the best choice for my home. I looked at many others and this one is the best. All of the staff I have spoken with is extremely through and prompt. Even though we chose not to completely finish our basement. When it is all said and done it will be completely dry, up to code, and will look like a totally new room down there! Our project, to my amazement, has turned out to be very affordable for us!    Mr. Robert Summers came to our home on a Saturday. He assessed the porperty, advised on all areas of concern, and designed a plan of correction for it. He had amazing credentials and the expertise showed. He was an excellent representative for this company professionally and we felt personally. Because he was extremely patient and kind with us; and spent a great deal of time with us to ensure we felt comfortable and understood. Brad saw a mistake that our plumber made, he was not talking badly about another person’s work just pointed it out to us and it ended up saving us thousands of dollars. He was very polite, does his work productively, and is a great leader at the same time.  A great guy!
