Morgan and Donald came to perform the annual service on the Waterguard system in our basement.  Both were very pleasant and professional, taking the time to explain what they did and why.  They also delivered and installed a SaniDry basement dehumidifier.  I was apprehensive about spending big bucks on a dehumidifier but it seems well-constructed and has a 30 month warranty.  I got tired of replacing our dehumidifier every few years when it conked out.  The SaniDry XP has already brought the humidity down to an acceptable level and is energy star rated to use less energy than a 70 pint unit.   Morgan explained that he is currently training Donald as a technician.  Morgan is a good teacher and  it's obvious that Donald will make a fine technician.  I am very satisfied with Frontier and will be happy to see either Morgan or Donald next year!

My job has just been completed and I wanted to tell you that the foreman, Fernando was efficient, concerned about my satisfaction and was very helpful in explaining the installation of a sump pump and supports used on my foundation. He even took me on a tour under my house (at my request, he did offer pictures). The crew including Benji, Adolfo and Luis were polite and very helpful if I had questions. The work was done efficiently and quickly. There was no mess to clean up. I was even loaned a pump for two weeks to pump water out of my crawl space as ground water had turned my crawl space into a swimming pool! All in all, an excellent experience. Thank you all.

"Our concrete floor had huge cracks and sections tipped out of alignment due to a drainage problem where all of the rain water runoff was directed at the house. Eric Furman and Jaquan came to the rescue and leveled the floor and filled the cracks with a permanent sealant. They also did a similar repair in the garage. They were courteous and professional throughout the process. They called before they came and arrived on time at our home in Paducah, Kentucky. Eric kept me informed every step of the way and asked if I had any questions. The final product is so much nicer than what we had before and we take comfort in knowing the floor is guaranteed not to move up or down or split into sections. RE: Sanidry Dehumidifier Layne, I just wanted to compliment you on the Sanidry Dehumidifier you just installed in the crawlspace of my house.  We have been suffering with extensive moisture problems underneath our house ever since we bought it 5 years ago. Last week you installed the dehumidifier in an area that has had puddles of water, as well as constant condensation on the main air conditioning trunk line dripping on to the moisture barrier. I went underneath the house 2 days ago and I want to tell you that there is absoutely no excessive moisture anywhere!  The moisture barrier is dry as well as the trunk line.  I have NEVER seen this crawlspace this dry. We still have some work to do and with your help, we will get this taken care of. I also appreciate your expertise in the foundational aspects of our house. You brought to light some other issues relation to our floor joists that really need to be adressed soon, and I'm grateful for that, since I was totally unaware of their condition. We will be getting together on that as well. Layne, thanks again for your help and I will recommend your services to all of my friends!
