This customer in Fairview, TN called Frontier to address issues with water intrusion in the basement. To fix the problem we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, with Trench drains. We also added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull moisture out of the air and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump any water out through the drainage lines if it does get in. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet. These products will greatly reduce the chance of water intrusion issues again.
The basement of this Calvert City, KY home had seen drier days. The homeowners were concerned with the amount of water that they would find in their leaky basement after every rainstorm. The homeowners came to us with their concerns and we installed our basement waterproofing system! We installed WaterGuard drainage tracks and CleanSpace wall liner along the perimeter of the basement. This will keep the basement dry for years to come.

Water guard is a specially designed piping system engineered specifically to be a very efficient, long-lasting interior perimeter basement waterproofing system. The big difference is that the water guard sits on top of the footing, instead of alongside the footing. this is important because the wet dirt (commonly referred to as mud) can't get into the drain because the drain does not sit in the mud.
