Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer in Nashville, TN had an issue with water leaking into his basement. We came out and installed a basement waterproofing system for him to mitigate the issue. We started with drilling holes in the concrete block to let the water drain from the concrete block into the WaterGuard system we also installed. The water will drain from the walls into the trench through the WaterGuard, and into the newly installed TripleSafe Sump Pump. The pump will then push the water out through the drainage system, leading outside through the IceGuard and drainage line into the LawnScape system to the yard away from the home and the foundation. Now he will no longer need to deal with a wet basement.

Customers in Nashville, TN, had foundation walls that were bowing, buckling, and showing signs of inward movement. We placed PowerBrace Top Lever Brackets with  PowerBrace 10' Beams and cast-in-place footing to stabilize the wall. 

Insulation and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was our solution to waterproofing a Nashville couple's basement.

After clearing out the basement and removing the black tarp, our team put in the insulation on the floor and stone walls and then installed the SaniDry to help prevent mold and reduce musty odors. Fun Fact: If humidity is high, those musty odors will affect the upstairs environment!

Frontier came out and cleaned all the debris out of the basement and crawl space, installed a WaterGuard System for the basement as well as a Trench drain and then for the basement and crawl space installed Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner on all floors and walls, a TripleSafe sump pump, and drainage lines to drain any water out of the basement out of the structure into the yard through an IceGuard System and LawnScape. We also added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture from the air and SilverGlo panels to seal the vents, cutting off the outside from the basement and crawl space.
