Dear Frontier Basement Systems,    Frontier Basement Systems was the best choice for my home. I looked at many others and this one is the best. All of the staff I have spoken with is extremely through and prompt. Even though we chose not to completely finish our basement. When it is all said and done it will be completely dry, up to code, and will look like a totally new room down there! Our project, to my amazement, has turned out to be very affordable for us!    Mr. Robert Summers came to our home on a Saturday. He assessed the porperty, advised on all areas of concern, and designed a plan of correction for it. He had amazing credentials and the expertise showed. He was an excellent representative for this company professionally and we felt personally. Because he was extremely patient and kind with us; and spent a great deal of time with us to ensure we felt comfortable and understood. When my project is complete I will be highly recommending Frontier Basement Systems to others. Everyone did a great job on our home in Spring Hill. They called to confirm his time of arrival and showed up as promised. They did a complete review of everything they accomplished and was detailed in their explanations.

Isai was very thorough, and conscientious about making sure everything was taken care of and cleaned up. Loved the service, loved the results, loved the entire experience!

Morgan and Donald came to perform the annual service on the Waterguard system in our basement.  Both were very pleasant and professional, taking the time to explain what they did and why.  They also delivered and installed a SaniDry basement dehumidifier.  I was apprehensive about spending big bucks on a dehumidifier but it seems well-constructed and has a 30 month warranty.  I got tired of replacing our dehumidifier every few years when it conked out.  The SaniDry XP has already brought the humidity down to an acceptable level and is energy star rated to use less energy than a 70 pint unit.   Morgan explained that he is currently training Donald as a technician.  Morgan is a good teacher and  it's obvious that Donald will make a fine technician.  I am very satisfied with Frontier and will be happy to see either Morgan or Donald next year!
