"Our concrete floor had huge cracks and sections tipped out of alignment due to a drainage problem where all of the rain water runoff was directed at the house. Eric Furman and Jaquan came to the rescue and leveled the floor and filled the cracks with a permanent sealant. They also did a similar repair in the garage. They were courteous and professional throughout the process. They called before they came and arrived on time at our home in Paducah, Kentucky. Eric kept me informed every step of the way and asked if I had any questions. The final product is so much nicer than what we had before and we take comfort in knowing the floor is guaranteed not to move up or down or split into sections. Hello I know you have a lot of customers so I don’t expect you to remember me.  I live in Murray, KY and you sent out a crew last spring to fix my basement.  I have waited this long to contact you because I wanted to make sure that it was not going to leak again under the worst conditions.  Well, I’m confident now after having quite a few storms since the work was completed.  My wife and I no longer dread going to the basement after a week of rain, expecting to see water creeping in and the musky odor that always followed. Now when we go down to the basement it’s just like the rest of the house.  I hated that basement for 16 years due to its’ leaks.
