The office staff was amazing, also tracy even made me laugh and was fast to respond to my questions that I had! Jeff was amazing and I can't even say enough he even stayed around and just talked for awhile with us just like he was part of our family it was amazing! The Installation crew were simply amazing and answered any question! Never made me feel like they were in a hurry to get out of here you could tell that they enjoyed their work and their job!

Frontier did an awesome job working with me on the perfect basement waterproofing system for my house. From the site survey and system options to the installation of the actual system (a combination of WaterGuard and DryTrak), their team of experts performed at a professional level throughout. Even after the terms of the contract were settled and Santos (and crew) were installing the system, an issue was identified early during floor demolition and the installation team notified me immediately. With some minor system modifications and installation techniques, they were back in business with the install and still managed to complete the job within their estimated 2.5 days. I was highly impressed with their pattented water proofing systems, their knowledgeable sales professional, and their experienced installation team. Overall, I would rate Frontier Basement Systems a 5 out of 5 stars!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

The job was completed in a timely manner. Crew cleaned up when finished. Crew was very polite and respectful. The floor was very smooth. Transition was very neat.

Jesus and his crew did an excellent job. They finished on time, cleaned up everything, and explained how everything works. The basement is dry, the new windows are beautiful, and now we can finish the basement and use it for the living space we need.

They stand by what they do and say!

I was very pleased. We had the Waterguard system installed in our flooding basement. From the initial consult with the salesman. Richard, who actually knew about construction instead of just a product. We had a lot of questions and he had answers for all. The day of install, they arrived late in the day, I would have thought this a detriment but Fernando and his crew were professional and I don't think I have seen a group hit the ground running faster who weren't getting shot at. During the entire project he would answer questions, what if, etc. I consider myself a handyman/DIY kind guy but at no time did I feel like I was being talk to. I was talked with. I will say, even if the system totally fails (which I highly doubt), I want him and his guys to come back because I will know the work will be done right and quickly.

Tessa was so pleasant and did such an awesome job scheduling my appointment.

Everyone involved was very friendly and helpful. The crew did the best they could with the materials they brought. The weather played a role in that and if I had it to do over I would have waited until summer to have the work done. The crew did try to repair things and I appreciated that.

Fernando, His crew did a outstanding job. They were very nice and knew what they were doing. We really trusted them, we left our home open for restroom while we were out of town. Great all around.
