Driveway Tripping Hazard Fixed with PolyLevel in Paducah, KY

This family had a bad tripping hazard on their driveway. It seemed to have shifted, cracked, and the slab sunk 2-3 centimeters. They were worried about it getting worse, so they made sure to call us first since they had previous successful work done in the past. Our trained inspector came out and met with them and told them all about our concrete repair products- PolyLevel and Nexus Pro Sealant. They were intrigued by the products and agreed to have the crew fix their driveway!

They first used PolyLevel, which utilizes a high-density, expanding polyurethane foam to raise slabs back to the desired level.

This is done by boring small (penny-sized) holes in the slab and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural-grade polymer into the void. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab. Finally, the small holes are grouted and sealed, and the slab is completely restored.

They then used NexusPro to seal all cracks. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.

The family is now free of hazardous uneven ground and finally have a peace of mind!

Lift and Seal Concrete Porch in Murray, KY

This Kentucky home's porch had started shifting through the years and becoming uneven. The shifting left large cracks, which led to water being able to infiltrate the slab easier and shift and crack it even more! The homeowners were concerned that if they waited any longer to seal and lift their porch that the cracks would become worse and their house value would plummet.
The homeowners were flipping through Yellow Pages looking for concrete repair companies and found us. They took advantage of our free estimates and inspection and called right away. Upon further inspection by our trained inspector, we knew exactly what to do!
Their porch needed to be lifted and sealed with our nationally backed products!

First, we lifted with PolyLevel, which uses high-density polyurethane foam to fill voids and stabilize and lift sinking concrete slabs. The expanding properties of the two-part urethane formula allow for accurate leveling of the slab. The result is a waterproof repair that's much more permanent than mudjacking and other common concrete repair methods.
Second, we used NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.
Third, we sat back and looked at the permanent solution to the homeowner's problems!

As the years go by, your cracks will get worse and your slabs will settle more. These can lead to dangerous tripping hazards and an eyesore home that was once perfect. Call today to get your free inspection AND estimate!
