Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

These before and after photos clearly show how PolyLevel is used to repair a broken concrete slab. PolyLevel foam is injected into the concrete and lifts the slab up to its original position. The concrete is now stable and will last for many years to come.

When this Tennessee family bought their home it had already had small cracks on the cement and a sinking porch. They had noticed the porch was getting worse and was causing water to leak into their crawl space. They had been looking in a local home & garden magazine when they came across us. Our solution was to lift the porch to the correct height using PolyLevel injection and seal the cracks with NexusPro Sealant. NexusPro Sealant is different than regular caulk because it is polyurethane-based and UV ray resistant. So you won't have to worry about bubbling or cracking! It will stay looking fresh and clean!

They used PolyLevel System to level the concrete slabs and NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks. 

PolyLevel® utilizes high-density, expanding polyurethane foam to raise slabs back to a desired level.

This is done by boring small (penny sized) holes in the slab, and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural grade polymer into the void. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab. Finally, the small holes are grouted and sealed, and the slab is completely restored

NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry. It fits into homeowners' busy lifestyles, too - drying time is a fraction of that needed for other urethane-based caulking products.
