This client was looking to buy a property and had Frontier Basement Systems do an inspection to check some concerns. The front porch had sank over 1.5 inches and needed a lift.

The front porch of this Mayfield Kentucky home had sank over an inch and a half. A little lift from PolyLevel helped raise the slab back up to level.

This Mayfield home had a problem with their concrete slab porch steps attached to their porch sinking. Concrete slabs can sink and settle for a few reasons, such as erosion, flooding, or the soil not being properly prepared before the slab was made on it. Either way, the family was worried about the value of the home decreasing or the issue getting worse.
They called us up and scheduled their free inspection. One of our trained inspectors came out and looked over their property. He knew exactly what they needed,
