These homeowners in Hermitage Tennessee were having some problems with their sidewalk and cracks.  Concerned this would eventually lead to a tripping hazard they contacted Frontier to repair it.  Frontier injected PolyLevel underneath the concrete slab and smoothed everything out.  Beautiful results and no tripping!

This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete, thus causing cracking on the patio. Our crew used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the structure would allow, and stabilization was guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed, the customer will be responsible for filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.

Cracks are the easiest entryway for rainwater. When water infiltrates a slab, this weakens the soil holding up the heavy concrete, which causes the slab to shift. Make sure all cracks are sealed as soon as you see them!
