Due to the concrete shrinking this driveway experienced a large unsightly crack down the middle.  The longer a crack is present the more likely it is to expand and cause further damage.  The homeowners were eager to get a permanent solution for this problem and Frontier delivered. 

These homeowners have lived in their 1976 home since 1996. They first noticed their porch sinking and sidewalk cracking a decade ago. Since then it has only gotten worse. He used NexusPro Joint Sealant on their sidewalk crack. This is a silicone-based sealant that is engineer to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Plus, they'll never have to worry about the sealant cracking or bubbling, because it is UV ray resistant!

This is done by boring small (penny sized) holes in the slab, and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural grade polymer into the void. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab. Finally, the small holes are grouted and sealed, and the slab is completely restored.
