This Tennessee couple was having high humidity and excessive moisture problems in their crawl space. This was causing mold and mold spores to grow, which started to affect the couple's health. They decided to call us based on a friend's recommendation and had us install our encapsulation systems and other products, such as our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep humidity below 60%.
Along with our encapsulation system, the couple had learned about our EverLast crawl space doors and were intrigued.
Our doors are made from ½-in.-thick PVC plastic that is just about indestructible. Too often, a crawl space door is simply cut from a piece of plywood and secured loosely over the crawl space opening with hinges or screws. Unfortunately, this treatment allows insect and rodent pests to enter the crawl space, along with cold winter air that can make your floors frigid. But no worries, an air and water seal is certain, thanks to the heavy-duty weatherstripping that comes with each EverLast door.
The couple and the family are so glad to have a healthy crawl space that they know no longer is causing them health issues! We are always happy to find lasting solutions for our community, especially when it's detrimental to their health!
*For an added bonus, you can see some of the debris and old liner we removed from the space!*
This moisture filled crawl space in Tennessee needed a makeover! This crawl space's ground was muddy and in need of some TLC. The ground not being properly encapsulated caused mold to grow on wooden beams and this created a mildew smell throughout the area. The homeowners called us and were very worried about their home's health, we assured them that we knew exactly what to do!
To get rid of all of those problems and to cut their energy bill down, we suggested our CleanSpace System. Which involves a drainage matting and 20mil liner that becomes a moisture and vapor barrier. We also suggested a few waterproofing products to keep their space dry. They agreed with all of the suggestions and we even made them a custom crawl space door to lock out outside moisture.
The homeowners now have a dry and healthy crawl space that they don't have to worry about!

This Tennessee family had the EverLast Door installed after their crawl space was encapsulated. Why trust a door that is made of wood (that rots) or a door that has metal hinges (that rusts!)?? Our EverLast doors are 1/2" thick solid plastic that will not rust, rot, or need paint! This door creates an airtight and waterproof barrier for your basement or crawl space.
Also, no critters will sneak their way through the EverLast door!
These homeowners are very happy with their new and improved door!
