This customer in Antioch, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This crawl space was full of so much water and moisture that most of the installation had just completely fallen down.  This was creating a perfect environment for mold growth.  The only thing mold needs to grow is a little bit of moisture and some organic material.  The homeowners were overwhelmed when they saw their crawl space and contacted Frontier Basement Systems for a free inspection.  A design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns.  Together with the homeowners it was decided that a full encapsulation of their crawl space with CleanSpace was the right solution.  CleanSpace is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space.  That difference between the before and after are shocking!  What a huge difference.
