This customer in Columbia, TN had foundation settlement issues in her exterior-facing garage wall area. To prevent further sinking, cracking, and bowing our team installed Push Piers to support the foundation from underneath. They also added The power Brace wall system to the wall to stabilize it and add more support. This should be a permanent solution to her settlement issues in this area of the home. 

This homeowner was concerned with the stability of their home's floors. We installed SmartJacks in the home's crawlspace to give the home the extra support in needed. Customer was left happy with the peace of mind knowing that their floors are supported.

Not all crawl space support can be treated equally.

This home in Boaz, Kentucky had previous attempts at supporting the floor above. However the material and tactic used were all wrong.

Removing what was found and replacing with better material and a strategy to support the weight of the home offered the best permanent solution.

This home needed Geolock wall anchors installed across the rear elevation for vertical stabilization. Due to the amount of pressure placed on the basement wall with nothing the other side to push back against it, the anchors work to bear the weight of the wall across its large surface - up to 480 square inches, a huge improvement in weak soils.

We used Smart Jacks to lift the settling foundation in the crawlspace!
