I had the foundation on my house repaired the week of November 12th 2012, by Frontier Basement Systems. The Foreman on the job was Jesus, and the salesman was Ben Flowers. I wanted to share with you what a great experience the professionalism of your employees was for me. As you can imagine, having a ten thousand dollar repair on your home can be stressful. However, from the beginning Ben was very knowledgeable, answered my questions very clearly and confidently, and made me feel reassured about the amount of work that needed to be done. This was the deciding factor for choosing your company for the job. I had met with a salesman from Olshan Foundation Repair as well, and honestly, that is who I was leaning toward based on reputation. However, the Olshan salesman would not give me a straight answer on the cost of the job and gave very vague answers all around, he was even impatient and condescending when I asked for clarification on points I was not clear on. Ben Flowers was a better salesman hands down, even after the job was finished, Ben was very patient and helpful in answering some questions I had regarding the final charges on the bill I didn't understand. Ben fully explained the charges to my complete satisfaction.
The foreman, Jesus, was also very professional. Timeliness was great, he and his crew were here everyday when he said they would be, and they finished when he said they would. Jesus explained the extra work that needed to be done to my satisfaction and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. The whole work crew were respectful of my time and my property.
Overall, I feel your employees provided a great service and it was a good experience. I appreciate the professionalism, and I will feel confident in recommending your company to anyone getting foundation work done on their homes.
